The Petition

Folsom Takes Action is a citizen initiated ballot measure. We are a group of concerned residents taking action to support Public Safety (Police and Fire) and Quality of Life in Folsom.

The measure needed 5,610 valid signatures to get on the November ballot. The Folsom Takes Action committee set a goal of collecting 7,500 signatures. On April 30, Folsom “TOOK” Action and submitted 8,279 signatures to the Folsom City Clerk’s office for initial verification. The city then submitted the petition to Sacramento County. 

THANK YOU to the Folsom residents and the entire community who have supported the sales tax measure to get this on the ballot.
